About Us

Welcome to Peninsula Automotive Inc.! We are a family owned and operated automotive repair shop, located in Yorktown, Virginia. Mike started the business back in 1991. Five years later, his son, Travis, came to work as a part time employee through high school and college, then became full time in 2003. A large part of the staff have been with us for years and are familiar faces to our customers. In the white building, which is the original building, you can find Mike, Rob, Jim and of course, Gwen. In 2016, the building next door, otherwise known as the brick building, became the expansion of Peninsula Automotive. That second shop is where Travis, Jason, Steve and Asher are located. The It's often referred to as, "the new shop", or, "the diesel side" and it's also where the state inspections are performed.
